Tarr is working on a speculative, long-term project of unrelated illustrations – drawings in paint – quite different from anything she’s done before. They are figurative, but each has a twist. Eventually there will be a story, or stories, which may, or may not, be related to the illustrations! So these are illustrations in search of a narrative: whether they will find one – or several – is the big question which provides the stimulus!
