'Stranger Danger' (19 minutes)
This is a cautionary drama about staying safe in the digital age, based on the story of The Three Little Pigs. Devised and performed originally as a stage play by the drama group at Camphill MK, it was adapted to be shot by a single camera in movie style. Videoed entirely to green-screen on the stage of The Chrysalis at Camphill MK.

The Battle for Newport Pagnell: (45 minutes). Shot, directed and edited documentary about a huge Civil War battle re-enactment and surrounding attractions: Bank Holiday weekend, August 2016. Supplied master DVD for copying and a segmented version for upload to Youtube and embedding in website. Shot with 2 ground cameras and a drone (hired operator).

Promo for Fantastic Fireworks - tribute to the Oscar-winning French movie in Leap Year. Shot on a shoestring, using my own camera and a couple of floodlights the client had handy.
Only me and the make-up artist are pros.
I prepared the shooting script from the idea supplied, directed the action, was lighting cameraman (John Nicholas is my alter ego) and editor.
Shot in HDV using my Sony Z1 on a setting for black and white film effect (PP6).

Enjoy the scenery along the cut and find out about: working through narrow locks; towing on cross straps; breasting up and singling out; steering the motorboat and the butty; working through tunnels; what we do at canalside events.
Raymond was the last wooden commercial narrowboat ever built inBritain - Nutfield towed Raymond during the last years of its commercial working life, and they are working together again now, allowing the public to see and go onboard a historic vessel.

Conceived, wrote and directed a two-part marketing video for Traka Ltd (key management systems), produced by D.P.Promotions Ltd.
Video shot to optimise distribution on CD-ROM as well as on DVD and VHS; includes short drama sequence, a demonstration of the product at the factory, the product in use on clients' premises, and interviews with client managers and users - British Airways, The National Maritime Museum, The London Clinic, Tesco and Power Logitistics.
Shot on DV, edited on Adobe Premier.
